1. What feed formats does SharpFeed support?

SharpFeed accepts CSV, TXT, and XML files. You can upload them directly, or paste a URL if you’re on a paid plan. We also support g:<field> naming conventions automatically.

2. Why did my feed fail to process?

SharpFeed blocks analysis if your file is corrupted, unreadable, missing headers, or has an unsupported format. Make sure your feed is .csv, .txt, or .xml, encoded in UTF-8, and has a proper structure.

3. How are issues classified in the audit report?

Each issue is labeled by impact:

  • Required: prevents products from showing in Google Shopping
  • Organic Impact: affects SEO and free listings visibility
  • Feed Accuracy: relates to format, logic, and technical consistency

4. What’s the difference between SharpFeed and a feed manager like Lengow or Channable?

Feed managers distribute your data to channels. SharpFeed does not replace them — it complements them by auditing the feed and uncovering SEO or formatting problems they often miss.


5. What counts as an "analysis" in my plan?

Each file upload and audit counts as one analysis. If you re-upload the same file, it will count again. Analysis limits reset monthly based on your plan.


6. Can I check if my product URLs are working?

Yes. If you’re on a plan that includes HTTP status checking, SharpFeed will verify that your link, image_link, and other URLs return valid (200 OK) responses.


7. Does SharpFeed optimize my feed automatically?

Not yet. SharpFeed audits your feed and highlights what to fix. We are working on future tools to help generate optimized titles and descriptions.


8. Is my feed data stored permanently?

No. SharpFeed stores only metadata (product count, scores, and issue summaries). The feed file itself is discarded after analysis to protect your data.


9. Can I export the audit results?

Yes. After each analysis, you can download the results as an XLSX file. This includes KPIs, error breakdowns, and product-level examples.


10. How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?

Visit our Pricing page to select a new plan. All payments are handled securely through LemonSqueezy. You can cancel, resume, or change plans anytime.
