Creating your SharpFeed Account

Your SharpFeed account allows you to upload feeds, view analyses, and manage your subscription.
This page walks you through the full process of creating your account and linking your paid plan.

1. Choose your plan

Start by visiting the pricing page.
You can choose between several plans depending on your needs:

• Freemium — 1 free feed analysis per month, up to 50 products.
• Starter — Up to 5,000 products per feed, ideal for small catalogs.
• Pro — Up to 30,000 products and access to advanced checks (HTTP status, SEO validations).
• Business — For large catalogs (up to 100,000 products), includes all advanced features.

Important: Use the same email address during checkout and account creation.
This allows SharpFeed to automatically link your LemonSqueezy subscription to your account.

2. Purchase your plan (if applicable)

When you click “Get Started” on the pricing page, a LemonSqueezy checkout window will open.

1. Enter your name, email, and payment details.
2. Confirm your purchase.
3. You’ll receive a payment confirmation email from LemonSqueezy.

Keep that same email — it’s how SharpFeed recognizes your subscription.

→ If you just want to test the tool, you can start with the Freemium plan.

3. Create your SharpFeed account

Once your plan is selected (or after checkout), go to:

→ app.sharpfeed.io/register

Then:

1. Enter your name, email address, and password.
2. Use the same email address you used during checkout.
3. Submit the form and check your inbox for the welcome email.
4. Log in at app.sharpfeed.io/login.

⚡️ SharpFeed will automatically detect if there’s an active LemonSqueezy subscription for your email.

4. Linking your subscription

SharpFeed uses an automatic subscription claim system:

1. When you register, SharpFeed checks for an existing paid plan using your email address.
2. If a match is found, your plan is instantly linked to your new account.
3. If no match is found, you’ll be prompted to select a plan from the pricing page.

You can confirm your active plan by visiting your Account Settings page inside the app.
It displays:

• Your plan name (Freemium, Starter, Pro, Business)
• Your monthly analysis usage
• The maximum SKUs per feed
• The reset date for your quota

5. Managing your account

From your dashboard, you can access Account Settings at any time to:

• View your plan details and usage.
• Upgrade or downgrade to another plan.
• Update your email or password.
• Review your monthly analysis count.
• Log out securely.

If you change your subscription tier through LemonSqueezy, SharpFeed updates your plan automatically once the webhook is received (this may take a few minutes).

6. Troubleshooting

Here are common issues and quick fixes:

Didn’t receive the welcome email?

• Check your spam folder.
• Whitelist contact@sharpfeed.io in your email client.

Signed up with the wrong email?

• Log out and re-register using the same email you used for checkout.
  That’s how SharpFeed matches your subscription.

Forgot your password?

• Go to app.sharpfeed.io/reset-password.
• Enter your registered email to reset your password.

Still not linked to a plan? If you’re logged in but your account shows as “Freemium” while you have an active plan:

• Double-check that your account email matches your LemonSqueezy email exactly.
• Wait a few minutes — sometimes the webhook needs a few seconds to sync.
